Commercial

We understand that when we are providing soft services to a commercial premise, it is important that not only our staff and our clients are happy but also their clients, tenants and any visitors at the premises are too. This means that we know every element of our service must be considered, whether it is our staff’s occupational health and wellbeing, sustainable practices utilised, the local community, how we report information and that our suppliers and sub-contractors also consider all the above elements.

We work with managing agents that include JLL, Savills, Cushman and Wakefield and Knight Frank to name a few, as well as educational premises and commercial offices, some of which include advertising companies, large corporate banks, accountants such as BDO, and charities such as Comic Relief.

Retail

PSS Group are held in the highest regard by many of the country’s leading retailers and those who work in such premises. This is due to our proactive approach in cleaning and maintaining extraordinary standards within such a fast-paced industry. 

We have the solution for all types of retail, from high street to high-end. Some of our clients include west-end jewelers, an international lingerie chain, America’s favorite clothing brand and the world’s most famous toy store. 

Due to our extensive experience in stores, shopping centres, and retail parks, we know exactly what our clients require to ensure a safe, hygienic, and friendly environment for the customers which will ensure that they return. This includes high levels of customer service, on-call support, proactive monitoring, and an almost remarkable level of attention to detail.

Industrial

With every industrial premises being different, it is imperative to us that we have a team of experts who know how to deal with the challenges that come along with this. As such, we understand the risk of every health and safety hazard and the control measures necessary to eliminate or reduce the risk, the training needs and personal protective equipment that our staff are required to have, and which chemicals are effective yet still sustainable.

Our experience ranges from managing the cleaning nationally for one of the world’s largest quarrying organisations to cleaning different warehouses, plant, plantrooms, and other such areas.

Residential

Our residential experience includes large blocks of apartments, high-end flats and the common areas that surround them as well as working with managing agents to ensure that the people who live within these premises have every want and need met.

Throughout 2020 during the lockdown period, we even worked with premier league footballers to ensure their homes and vehicles were safe and sanitary and they could arrive on matchday knowing that they have done everything to reduce the risk of spreading the virus to others.

Entertainment Venues

Our experience cleaning entertainment venues started almost 40 years. Many years on from then we are still working with the entertainment industry and work within some of the most prestigious venues within the UK, which includes arenas such as the O2 Arena in London and AO in Manchester; stadiums such as Craven Cottage; theatres including the Shaftesbury Theatre; and studios such as the BBC Studios in Elstree.

As the venues themselves change and modernise, so does the processes, equipment, chemicals, and methods involved in cleaning them. This has led us to be one of the most innovative and forward thinking within the industry, which not only means that the staff working within the venues are happier but also our clients too.
